Q. What brands do you repair?
A. We provide repair services for all brand types.

Q. Do you offer field or home service?
A. Yes. At Home service calls you will have an additional of Php100.00/Km charge which is not refundable even if you decide not to have the unit fixed after receiving the check-up and estimate. If you do want the item to be repaired, the actual service fee + home service charge will be applied.

Q. Do you sell parts?
A. No. But we have contacts which has genuine and more reliable parts.

Q. Do you repair Audio Products?
A. No.

Q. Do you repair Radio Transceiver?
A. No.

Q. Do you repair Personal Computers?
A. Yes, we repair all kinds of Desktop computers. Please backup all your data because we are not responsible for any data loss.

Q. Do you repair Mobile Computers such as Laptop and Palmtop?
A. No.

Q. Do you do conversion?
A. Yes, we do repair and conversion of units.

Q. Why do sometimes it take so long for my set to be repaired?
A. We aim to repair your set the shortest possible time. However, sometimes delays are unavoidable due to parts and service manual unavailability.

Q. Does .Net Computer & Electronic Services have a guarantee on their repairs?
A. Yes! Of course! All units have a 30 days labor warranty.
